• Minor irregularities are natural in handwoven products and not considered defects

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice

• We accept payments via:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within India only

• Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days

• Shipping is free

While we strive to ensure timely delivery:

• Delays may occur due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances

• Native Tribes will fully cooperate but is not solely responsible for courier delays

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them

• After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Currently, returns and exchanges are not accepted

If introduced in the future:

• Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and with original tags

• Return shipping costs will be covered by us

8. Product Disclaimer

• Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings

• Handwoven sarees may have minor variations in weave and texture

These are inherent characteristics and not defects.
